No need to panic. If your package arrives damaged, please open it before signing the delivery note. When possible, we always recommend checking the contents of the box before signing the delivery note. If the delivery man is in a hurry and you are unable to open the package in his presence, please write a “reserve comment” on the delivery note before signing. You will then have three business days to send a letter to the transport company if the product inside the package has been damaged. Please contact us and send ScribbleMagicLab a copy of the letter if such an event occurs. We will then begin the correction process to get your product back to you safe and sound, quickly as possible.
